I offer traditional reflexology on the feet, hands and face, as well as reflexology lymph drainage, which can be combined to create the perfect treatment for you according to your preferences. Treatments are carried out in my private therapy room in Bromley North and you will find current clinic hours listed below. Workplace wellness sessions are also available. Please contact me for corporate rates.

A gentle but deeply relaxing & effective treatment to stimulate the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Hot Stone Reflexology
Incorporating warmed volcanic basalt stones into reflexology treatments infuses warmth into the feet and calves at a deeper level to calm the mind, release muscle tension and bring about a deeper meditative state. Indian Head Massage
More than a head massage, this is a seated treatment where massage and pressure techniques are applied to the soft tissues of the face, scalp, upper arms, neck, back and shoulders. Indian Head Massage can be effective in relieving many conditions including headaches, sinusitis, facial spasm, depression, insomnia, anxiety attacks, migraines, dizziness, eye strain, frozen shoulder, neck and upper back pain.​

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.
As an AoR member:

I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.

As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.
1. Appointments
I have health requests of my clients as follows:

If you have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.

In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.
2. Fees
Fees are payable in full at the time of treatment.

3. Cancellation policy:
I completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you are unable to make an appointment, I request that you give me a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow me the option to re-book the time slot with someone on my waiting list. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fair-use fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment. This fee will be required to be settled prior to the confirmation of any future bookings. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. If a cancelled treatment is part of a block package of treatments, one full treatment will be deducted from your block for every cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice. As a small business, I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
